With over 10 years of experience as a real estate entrepreneur, Max has grown several real estate companies, including Blue Panda Realty, into industry leaders in service, design, and technology. He has developed a business culture rooted in progressive values and remains passionate about imagining new ways of moving real estate forward. His expertise in the local market has led him to manage projects for many of the top development companies in the city.

Prior to his real estate career, Max studied at the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management. His competitive nature and ambitious personality led him to first place at the junior world level waterski championship.

Irina Popova is the Director of Sales at NewDev Agency and the Broker of Record at Blue Panda Realty. 

Irina’s clients love her enthusiasm for the business, prompt service, and expertise in the field. Originally from Siberia, she moved to Ottawa when she was 14 years old and immediately fell in love with the city. Ottawa offers an exciting and always-evolving market; being a part of its development, as well as her passion for client care, is what inspired Irina to become a real estate professional. Irina’s philosophy is to always keep her clients’ best interests at heart and to use her professional knowledge of the real estate market to ensure their success. 

As a leading agent in the city, Irina also acts as a monthly contributor to the New Home + Condo Guide Ottawa Magazine. 

Adam Barbu is the Creative Director of NewDev Agency and the Director of Marketing at Blue Panda Realty.

With years of experience in art direction, brand management, and creative development, he works with our clients to develop effective communication strategies and visual assets that leave a lasting impression.

Clinton Munro is the Director of Operations at NewDev Agency and Blue Panda Realty.

As an experienced business administrator, he is passionate about our client’s satisfaction and maintains a deep understanding of real estate accounting systems.
